Harvest collection for Swindon Food Collective

At this time of year we usually hold our Harvest Service at Freshbrook Church but as things are a little different this year and we still want to support Swindon Food Collective, we are asking children to bring in items which the Food Collective need at the moment. As shops have donated lots of food recently they really need cleaning items to help families stay safe during this time. Please bring items into school this week on Monday 19th, Tuesday 20th & Wednesday 21st October. This will help us support their work helping families in our local area and across Swindon. If you are able to, please also “pop on a pound” ( sellotape a £1 to the top of the item) this really helps with their expenses such as the van to collect and deliver items to the distribution centres around Swindon.

Mrs Redhead has created a couple of short videos to remind you of what to bring, the children have watched them in school. Here are the links so you can watch it for yourselves!
