Colleen Smith is engaged by the school to provide independent and impartial advice to parents should they wish. Colleen is not an employee of the school and her advice is therefore completely impartial and completely confidential.

Colleen can support you and your family with a wide range of issues:

  • Children’s Behaviour
  • Separation
  • Depression and ill health
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Benefit and debt issues
  • Self esteem and confidence building
  • School issues; attendance, advocacy, bullying etc.
  • Bereavement

These are the types of issues Colleen can lend a listening ear in a confidential environment. Colleen can support you in various ways including:

  • Referring you to an appropriate agency and working alongside other professionals in order to support you to make positive changes.
  • Helping to put behavioural strategies in place.
  • Colleen will work with you in your own home or school setting.
  • Colleen is able to work evenings in order to support parent/carers lifestyle.
