Millbrook GIVES
G - getting on is with each other and being ready to get on with work - with a focus on rewards and consequences
I - inclusion, we are great at this, but want to keep it a focus
V - valuing our community is those at Millbrook, the parents and also beyond into Freshbrook - getting them more involved where possible and improving communication
E - emotional literacy is about equipping the children to recognise and name their emotions and also be able to self regulate
S - skilful maths - we are working on the fundamentals and mastery of maths
