G - getting on with each other and getting on with our work … improving behaviour for learning with a focus on rewards and consequences
I – inclusion means that everyone can access everything we offer at Millbrook
V - valuing our community at Millbrook, our families and throughout Freshbrook … getting everyone more involved where possible and improving communication
E - emotional literacy is about equipping everyone to recognise and name their emotions and to be able to self regulate and deal with emotions effectively
S - skilful maths - we are focusing on securing the fundamentals of number and the mastery of maths
