The Hub – Breakfast and After School Club
The Hub at Millbrook Primary School provides high quality, affordable and accessible childcare for children aged 4 – 11 years in a safe and supportive environment both before and after school. The emphasis is on creative fun – we want your child to come here and enjoy it.
Staff
Our Hub Play Leaders are Miss Brockbank, who has a CACHE level 3 diploma in Child Care and Education and is a Teaching Assistant at Millbrook and Mrs Coutinho, who is also a Teaching Assistant. Our Play Assistants are Mrs Ali, Miss Kent and Miss Shaw who are also Teaching Assistants in the school. All staff have enhanced DBS checks.
Meals
Breakfast or tea is provided for all children. Toast and cereal together with a drink are available in the morning and a healthy snack together with a drink is provided after school.
Location
The Hub is based in the community area of the school. Staff will ensure your child reaches their class safely each morning and collect them from the class if they are attending after school.
Book and Pay
Please use your Arbor Portal/App to book and pay, you will need to top up your account before booking a session. Please contact the school office if you wish to pay using tax free childcare vouchers. Children may be dropped off at the breakfast club from 7.45 am onwards. If your child is staying after school they can be collected any time up until 5.55pm (4.55pm Friday). An adult must drop off or pick up a child.
Fees
- Breakfast Club – £5.00 per session
- After School Club – £12.00 per session Monday - Thursday (5.55pm finish)
- After School Club - £6.00 Friday (4.55pm finish)
