This week we have designed, made and ate our very own Great British picnic and of course the rain was invited! We made Shortbread from Scotland and we have been practising our baking skill.
This term we have been travelling around the United Kingdom and we discovered soda bread from Northern Ireland, so we thought we would make some in our own classrooms!
